PC on Raisu Palace Axe drop

I had this Axe drop for me whilst at the Endgame explorable area. The stats are certainly fine, so it's more a case of the skin really.

It's a huge axe when you're holding it, and I can't really seem to see much reference to Gemstone axes anywhere.

Any ideas as to value are much appreciated!
